§ 6-33. Violations; penalties.

(a)

Any person who violates any provision of this article shall be guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as provided in section 1-15.

(b)

The board of supervisors may bring suit in the circuit court of the county, or other court of competent jurisdiction, to restrain, enjoin or otherwise prevent violation of this article.
